Poster-making and slogan-writing competitions on the clean India 2.0 Programme

The NSS Unit's volunteers cum students of Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Landran participated in poster-making and slogan writing competitions altruistically on 20th October 2022 in the ongoing special clean India 2.0 program cum campaign by Punjabi University, Patiala to celebrate and to make students realize the importance of cleanliness. The mission has targeted aims like raising awareness, mobilizing people and ensuring their participation in making India clean, organizing cleaning of public spaces and households across all the districts of the country from 01st October to 31st October 2022, involving all segments of society, Government organizations including PRIs and Non- Government Organizations, to instill awareness and feeling of pride among citizens to keep their surroundings clean and waste-free. Beautiful posters and slogans were written on the themes like saying no to single-use plastic, beat plastic pollution, single-use plastic ban, waste management, waste segregation, say no to mixed waste for a clean and green environment, recycling – a step towards zero waste, keep our earth and environment clean, green and clean earth. The participants worked on their colorful posters.
