ALUMNI FELICITATION CEREMONY "Soaring high’’

Chandigarh College of education organized Alumni felicitation ceremony, with its theme “SOARING HIGH” on 30th June, 2022. The focus of this event was to bring back the alumni to college once again and share their experience of outside world and how useful they can be in guiding the present generation students. The chief guest of the day was DR. TRISHANJIT KAUR, professor and head and director, constituent colleges (Former Dean College Development cell) Punjabi university, Patiala ,Guest of honor was MS. ANJALI CHHABRA, Deputy secretary, CBSE. The day began with incoming of our alumni’s in the department gradually followed by floral welcome along with the photo shoot with the students around. High Tea was arranged in HMCT, reviving their old memories of college days and how they spent it fruitfully, at the same time they shared their experience at CGC long back during their college days and how proud the felt being students of this college via video bites. The gathering at first was addressed by honorable Campus Director, emphasizing on the importance and role of alumni of any institution play for their growth, an expansion, and the value they spread in the society from where they nurtured initially during their college days. Alumni were called on the stage for formal felicitation ceremony where they expressed their gratitude and affection towards their teachers. Day ended with an energetic bhangra performance and delicious lunch.
